Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping

Free shipping is available from 40 euros within the Netherlands, and from 50 euros to Belgium. For orders under 40 euros, a shipping fee of 5.95 euros is charged within the Netherlands. This pertains to 40 euros worth of products and is therefore exclusive of shipping costs. Currently, we ship with DHL or PostNL. Orders for the Netherlands placed before 23:45 are dispatched on the same working day, except in exceptional cases. Without further delays from the carrier, you will receive your order the next working day.

It is possible to opt for a pickup point. You can choose between DHL or PostNL. Unfortunately, we do not yet ship to PostNL's parcel machines. If you select this option, another pickup point will automatically be chosen (obviously nearby).

When an order is placed, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email. As soon as the order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a dispatch confirmation and a tracking number. CG Haircare is not responsible for delays by DHL or PostNL.

Returns

Returns are possible within 14 days, provided the products have not been removed from their packaging, used or damaged. 

If you want to return the product, please register the return within 14 days using this link.

After registering the products for return, you have another 14 days to return the product. Make sure to register the return using the button below. Returning the products is at your own risk and shipping costs are at your own expense. Try to send the products in the original box.


Return Registration

As soon as we have received the order back, we will refund the amount to the account with which it was paid. The amount will be deposited into your account within 10 working days after receipt. If you would like to exchange the products, please contact us.

 

Warranty

There is a two-month warranty on the products. If a product has broken within this time, you can send an email to contact@cghaircare.com or fill in the contact form with a brief explanation of what's wrong and a photo of the broken product. If products have arrived broken, you can also contact us. We will look at a suitable solution for each situation.
