Sulfate free

Our products are sulfate-free. Strong sulfates cleanse your hair, but they clean it too well, which can lead to dryness. As a result of excessive dryness, your hair becomes frizzy and less manageable.

Silicones, waxes, and mineral oils

Our products are also free from silicones, waxes, and mineral oils. These ingredients coat your hair, which carries a number of drawbacks. They weigh down your hair, thus reducing its curl or wave. Additionally, silicones can only be removed with stronger sulfates.

Drying alcohole

There are types of alcohol that provide a quick-drying effect. These should be avoided as they can dry out the hair and remove natural oils, leading to brittle and damaged hair.

Ethoxylates

These are industrial surfactants. This ingredient potentially poses health and environmental issues.

Propylene Glycol

This is a synthetic moisturizing agent. Many people are allergic to this ingredient.

Petrochemical Cleansers

These are potent cleansers derived from petroleum. Much like overly harsh sulfates, they cleanse the hair too thoroughly, resulting in drying it out.

Phthalates

These are chemicals used to provide flexibility. This ingredient can cause hormonal disruptions.

DEA (Diethanolamine)

This makes a product creamier or frothier. It can cause allergic reactions and eye irritation.

Our products are not tested on animals.

All of our products are vegan, which means they do not contain any animal products, such as dairy or honey.
